- Compatibility review of load scripts, extensions, and security rules against Qlik Cloud Analytics.
- Target tenant design: spaces, roles, data gateway needs, and identity provider integration.
- A migration plan with waves, effort estimate, and risks.
Step 2. Migration Delivery (fixed fee per wave or time and materials):
- Tenant setup and governance model.
- App and data connection migration in planned waves.
- Functional and data validation with your app owners.
- User cutover, training, and hypercare.
- Decommission plan for the source environment.
